On one of our many unplanned wanders through the humidity and heat of the otherwise very lovely Palermo we came across this spectacular tree.
We found it in Piazza Marina, in the Garibaldi Gardens, not far from where some of the Santa Rosalia celebration festivities were being set up. I just dubbed it “That Majestic Tree” but I did find some very detailed info about it on monumentaltrees.com
